How to Use GIPHY World on iOS Devices

This new GIPHY World app on social media has been evolving day by day. One can creatively express themselves by using GIPHY World, and it also attracts the user's attention to yourself especially if you are doing marketing of any product. As someone said, “a single picture is equal to a thousand words we use.”

Here are some steps to use GIPHY World with stickers and GIFs on an iPhone or iPad:

1.    Press on GIPHY icon on your iPhone or iPad – It’s a black color icon that accommodates a purple and green rectangle with a yellow lightning bolt inside and this will launch your camera screen.

-    Download the GIPHY from the App store, if you still haven’t installed the app.

-    If you downloaded it and hadn’t used it yet, then you have to accordingly follow your device instructions to allow the permission to access your camera, photos, and microphone.

2.    To search for stickers and GIFs – These are steps to follow:

-    Press Search Stickers at the lower part of the screen. The slider next to it is a blue color and has an “S” on the knob. Write a keyword that explains what you’re searching for (e.g., Life, Tiger, Jonas) to appear comparable results.

-    Now press the three horizontal lines menu option at the upper right corner of the screen to discover Sticker Packs, which are a bunch of stickers that fit a particular theme.

-    You have to scroll down on the device on which you discovered Sticker Packs to find Featured Scenes, which are whole themes made of stickers.

-    If you like GIFs more, which are similar to miniature square or rectangular videos that one can place everywhere, press the switch beside “Search Stickers” to move to “Search GIFs” and then search for your preferred keyword.

3.    Make sure that the object you wish to put a sticker or GIF on can be seen – You have to “paste” your chosen animation on to any object in the viewfinder. Those chosen animations will stay at that location even when you shift your camera anywhere else.

4.    Hit a sticker or GIF – The chosen animation will now show in the viewfinder.

5.    Drag your sticker or GIF to the preferred location – You can change its size by pinching it smaller or reverse –pinching it to make it larger.

6.    Shift around and place more animations on objects – When you do this, go back to the places where you already put stickers and GIFs – now you’ll notice that they remain at their existing locations.

7.    To record the virtual world – When you’ve put all your stickers and GIFs in your physical space, hit the record button to begin recording.

8.    Hit the record button to stop recording – When you do this, a message “Video Saved” will show up at the lower part of the screen.

9.    To share the video, you have made – If you feel that you should show off your creation, press the sharing button at the lower right corner of the device to launch the sharing menu, and then choose an app to share with.

-    If you are operating a messaging app, first input or select a recipient, then you should send the message

-    If you operate a social media app like Facebook or Instagram, follow the app’s directions to share the video.
